Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER?

You should contact us before we ship it out.  You generally cannot change a shipping address after we have shipped it.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS THE DELIVERY ATTEMPT?

If you miss a delivery attempt, the driver will typically leave a card with instructions to arrange a redelivery or collection. If the parcel can't be delivered on a second try, you'll need to collect the parcel from the depot.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED WITHIN THE EXPECTED TIMEFRAME?

If your parcel is running a little late, don’t worry. Parcels are usually delivered within 2 days of the delivery estimate.

You can check the parcel’s ETA on the tracking page (https://try.sendle.com/tracking) using the Sendle reference number (looks a little something like this: S3NDL3R). You’ll get real-time updates on your parcel’s movements and if there have been any delays with delivery.

If you’re worried the parcel is missing, please contact us, we’ll work directly with Sendle to resolve the issue.

ARE THERE ANY DELAYS EXPECTED DURING HOLIDAYS OR PEAK SEASONS?

Yes, Our courier service expects delays during the busy Christmas holiday season and on public holidays, as there is a significant increase in parcel volume.

WHAT ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

DO I NEED TO OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA) BEFORE SENDING BACK AN ITEM?

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

WILL I RECEIVE A FULL REFUND FOR THE RETURNED ITEM?

We do offer refunds for returned items. Please note that a 20% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. We truly appreciate your understanding and support.

For return package, we will pay for the shipping fee. But for exchange package, you should pay for the shipping fee.
